1. Package Validity:

   • This package includes four tune-ups at a discounted rate, normally priced at $149 each.
   • Customer will be credited with 4 Standard Bike Tune-Ups
   • Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
   • Any unused tune-ups cannot be carried over to the following year or refunded.

2. Scheduling & Redemption:

   • Tune-ups must be redeemed at Playtri Sarasota, no other locations. Schedule your service here: Book ServiceNow.
   • Services can be redeemed at any time throughout the year, depending on appointment availability.
   • Tune-ups are not transferable and cannot be gifted or exchanged for other services.

3. Service Coverage:

   • Each tune-up includes a comprehensive inspection and adjustments as detailed in the listing (bike wash, derailleur adjustments, brake adjustments, chain wear inspection, etc.).
   • Additional repairs or parts (if needed) are not included in the package price and will incur extra charges with customer approval.

4. Limitations:
   

   • This package covers routine maintenance only. Extensive repairs or overhauls are not included and will be quoted separately.

    

5. Exclusions:

   • This package cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
   • Package is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
