Walk ins are welcome. If you have a race or ride planned where you absolutely need your bike back by a certain time, let us know. Most repairs are completed same-day.

At Playtri we make it simple and easy to take care of your bike. With our new online booking tool, you can schedule tune-ups online to get your bike - regular or electric - serviced and tuned. Whether it's a standard tune-up or a complete overhaul, you can count on us to do the job right the first time, every time. For service other than tune-ups, feel free to call or walk in. Bikes dropped off for service must be picked up within three business days of completion notification. Bicycles not picked up within three business days will be subject to our bike storage fees. Bike storage fees will be our standard for a day until the bike is picked up. Some restrictions apply. Certain bikes may require additional fees.
