WETSUIT RENTALS 

Wetsuit Rental (5 Days) - $65

Pickup is on Thursdays at your local Playtri Store, and suits must be returned by closing on the following Tuesday.  There is an additional $20 late fee for every day the suit is late in being returned.

All rentals must be accompanied by a credit card in case of damage due to misuse, or failure to return the suit.

Wetsuit rental fees can be applied to the purchase of a NEW wetsuit within 30 days of the rental date (starting Friday). Only one rental fee may be used towards one wetsuit, and there is a maximum discount of $65 off.  This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

 

Rental Agreement & Waiver, Release of Liability

Read this waiver carefully and completely. With this waiver and release of liability Agreement, you indicate your acceptance of all terms and conditions below. Playtri Sarasota, (“The company”) has arranged for you to rent their sports equipment. All persons renting and/or using rented items, such as bicycles, wetsuits or bike cases, are required to sign and agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement prior to rental IN CONSIDERATION of, and as an express condition to, your rental or use of this equipment from the Company, the undersigned hereby agrees to the following: The undersigned is aware that cycling, mountain biking, triathlon, swimming or other related sport is an activity that involves the risk of injury or even death. The undersigned is aware that there is a risk of negligence by the Company or its agents or assigns, including the failure by the Company or its agents or assigns to safeguard or protect me from or warn me of the risks, dangers and hazards. I freely accept and fully assume all risks, dangers and hazards associated with participating in an event and the possibility of loss, personal injury or death resulting there from. These risks may include property damage, personal injury and death, which may result in part from road debris, mechanical or equipment malfunctions, vehicular accidents, rocks, cliffs, serious lacerations or other accidents. The undersigned, after careful consideration, expressly assumes these risks and agrees to release the Company and its affiliates, employees, members, associates, drivers and independent contractors from any and all liability associated with these risks. The undersigned accepts for use as is the equipment listed on this form and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while in my possession.  The undersigned will be responsible for the replacement, at full retail value, and equipment rented on this form not returned to Playtri Sarasota. The undersigned also agree to replace, for full retail value, any equipment damaged while in my possession. The undersigned agrees to return all rental equipment, by the agreed time, to the agreed location, to avoid additional late fee charges of one day's rental amount for every day late. The undersigned understands that helmets are required and agrees to wear one at all times while using the rental equipment. The undersigned agrees not to make any mechanical changes to the bicycle rented. Minor adjustments are permitted like adjusting seat height. The undersigned is responsible for full payment of the rental regardless of whether he or she uses the equipment rented. Equipment used for other than its intended use may result in damage fees that will be applied at the time of return. Any repairs needed are to be done by Playtri Sarasota only.  By checking the box on the rental form "I agree" and completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this rental agreement. 

1. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age OR I am a Parent/Guardian of the minor that I am renting the bicycle for and I am assuming full responsibility of usage and release of liability.
2. I agree to the terms of this rental agreement.
3. A state-issued photo ID is required for rental.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 3 days before rental start time: Full refund.

24-72 hrs before rental start time: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before rental start time: No refund.

 

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for your rental and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, no refund will be issued.

Early Returns:

• If you return the bike early, no partial refunds will be given for the unused rental period.

Rescheduling:

• You can reschedule your rental up to 24 hours before the start time at no additional cost. Please call/text us 941-730-5565 or email sarasota@playtri.com to make any changes.

Cancellation by Playtri Sarasota:

• In the rare event that we need to cancel your rental due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Processing:
