Bike Rental, Hybrid or Cruiser - Daily or Weekly

We offer daily or weekly bike rentals from our shop.

If the customer purchases a NEW bike from Playtri within 30 days of rental (starting the Friday after pickup), they may put the rental fee towards their purchase. Only one rental fee may be applied to any purchase, and this cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Up to 3 days before rental start time: Full refund.

24-72 hrs before rental start time: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before rental start time: No refund.

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for your rental and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, no refund will be issued.

Early Returns:

• If you return the bike early, no partial refunds will be given for the unused rental period.

Rescheduling:

• You can reschedule your rental up to 24 hours before the start time at no additional cost. Please call/text us 941-730-5565 or email sarasota@playtri.com to make any changes.

Cancellation by Playtri Sarasota:

• In the rare event that we need to cancel your rental due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Processing:
