It’s flat, safe, and fast – perfect for testing your fitness or sharpening your race-day strategy before a bigger event. The ocean swim is typically calm and welcoming, and early enough in the day to enjoy it without cooking in the sun. If you want to experience triathlon in a setting that reminds you why you love the sport, this is the race. Sprint or Olympic - choose your fun.
